Whilst the details of Canon’s new mirrorless system were unveiled last week, they held the pre-orders until just now. Given the hype and buzz around this camera, I expect the camera to be popular. Anyone who wants to get one in October or November should definitely place a pre-order. Even if you are not sure, you can always cancel before it ships, so it’s better to save your place in the lineup.
My expectation is that the camera body and the EF-RF mount adapter will be the most popular items on the list, followed closely by the EOS R kit with the 24-105 f/4.
