Think Tank Photo has launched a limited edition version of their BackLight 26L backpack made from ultra-lightweight yet highly durable X-Pac sailcloth material. They are sold out on Think Tank’s website and won’t be restocked; however, B&H Photo has a few left. When I say this is very limited, I mean it. If you’re reading this post and fancy grabbing an exceptional camera bag, you won’t have long to decide.
The BackLight 26L has always been a popular model in Think Tank’s MindShift range of camera bags designed for outdoor photography. The standard bag version costs around $275, while this limited X-Pac version costs $319.75. Anyone who has ever owned a bag made from X-Pac will tell you that it is absolutely worth the small price premium. It is tough as nails and looks awesome to boot.
If a 26L backpack is too big for your needs, Think Tank Photo also makes the BackLight in two smaller sizes: The Think Tank BackLight Sprint (15L) and the BackLight 18L. These smaller sizes are not available in the fancy-pants X-Pac material but do feature Think Tank’s tried and tested 420D abrasion-resistant nylon.
